Independent practice
This website and the consulting services offered here are Brian Mangeni’s independent personal advisory practice. Roles listed at other organisations (for example Einstein Rising, OVO, or Matoke Tours) are credentials only. Engagements booked through this site are delivered by Brian personally and are not offerings of those organisations.
Website use
- Content on this site is for general information and does not create an advisor–client relationship until we agree an engagement.
- You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt services.
- All site content, branding, and downloadable materials remain my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Consultations
- Booking requests are subject to confirmation. Session length, scope, and fees are as described on the Services / booking pages or as agreed in writing.
- Advice is based on information you provide and is not a substitute for regulated audit, legal, or investment advice where those licences are required.
- You remain responsible for decisions you take after a consultation.
Digital products
- Templates, guides, workbooks, and reports are licensed for personal or single-business use unless a product page states otherwise.
- Resale, redistribution, or public sharing of downloadable files is not permitted.
- Delivery is by email (file attached where possible) and download link after successful payment.
Payments
Payments are accepted via Mobile Money and cards through a secure checkout. Prices may be shown in UGX and USD. Taxes, if applicable, will be indicated at checkout or on invoice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website, consultations, or digital products. Total liability for any claim related to a paid product or session is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; failing that, Ugandan courts have jurisdiction.
